How many hours of sleep should you get? The recommended amount is 7-9 hours. However, some people just can't sleep at night. Perhaps, it's just too much coffee or energy drinks, but I'd like to share some advice on how I usually get to sleep.
- Take a shower before going to bed.
- Treat yourself to a minifacial.
- Drink some warm milk.
- Read a relaxing book.
